"content": " Thank you very much and I want to thank the Chairman of NG-CDF for bringing this list to the Floor of the House. I am the Member of Parliament for Garissa and I am an interested party here. As you are aware, I am a new Member of Parliament and my Committee has just been formed. We have serious problems on the ground considering the drought situation in the area. Our children are not able to attend schools. I have been able to negotiate with the principals of secondary schools at this stage to see whether they can give us more time as the NG-CDF team The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
