    "content": "Pursuant to Standing Order No. 23(6), I hereby convey the decision of the Minority party to discharge Sen. Fatuma Dullo, CBS, MP, from the position of the Senate Minority Whip . The decision was arrived at a meeting of the Minority party held pursuant to Standing Order No. 23(4). In the place of the Senator, Sen. Ledama Olekina, MP, was elected as the new Senate Minority Whip. Further, Sen. Edwin Sifuna, MP was elected to the position of Deputy Senate Minority Whip.
