We discussed in extenso, the consequences of Members allowing their Motions and Statements to be put in the Order Paper, when they know they will not be present. As a matter of fact, a position was taken, that where you have your Motion on the Order Paper, it is expected of you to be present. In the event you are not, then consequences befall.
