    "content": "In the statement, the Committee should- (1) Explain the state of current Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) to Kenya in terms of business and capital investments, detailing how it compares to previous years. (2) Elucidate on the policy interventions put in place by the Minister of Trade, Investment and industry, if any, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both domestic and foreign investors in the country. (3) Outline the Ministry's campaign strategy, if any, to market Kenya to the world, including using sports tourism, in order to attract more investors, particularly during these difficult economic times. (4) State the interventions put in place by the Government to cap the counterfeits menace, affecting business growth and the quality of products sold in Kenya. I thank you."
