"content": "On a point of Order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am not challenging the Chair. I have a lot of respect for the Chair. But if you read Standing Order No. 82(2), it says: âIf a Member has sufficient reason to convince the Speaker that the Member is unable to substantiate the allegations instantly, the Speaker shall require such a Member to substantiate the allegations not later than the next sitting day, failure to which the Member shall be deemed to be disorderly within the meaning of Standing Order 97 (Disorderly Conduct), unless the Member withdraws the allegations and gives suitable apology, if the Speaker so requires.â Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are fencing in with the hon. Kioni, if the Chair could allow him, because he is just supposed to come back within 24 hours, just to say something about it. I beg the indulgence of the Chair."
