    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, litigation has been brought because what happens, the question that the litigation was asking in court is, the benefits of these people who had been employed and were in TSC, now shifted to PSC and they are not able to access their retirement benefits in the manner that it should be. This Bill is proposing that that those trainers be shifted from the PSC to be employees of the County Public Service Board (CPSB)."
