    "content": "I want Sen. M. Kajwang’ to look at this clearly, so that there is clear provision on what happens to these people. Who is going to pay their retirement benefits? Who is going to take care of them and all the accumulated issues? I also invite Sen. M. Kajwang’ to look at the litigation that has gone on in this matter. This is because there has been very serious litigation in the High Court about the benefits of these trainers. This Bill has not provided for those issues at the transitional level."
