Olekina said, a number of the students who will be in these institutions have prior experience with the challenges that they have gone through. While they are in school, they can also generate income by utilizing the knowledge they have gained before they are done with the training and are certified. By extension, it is an income-generating initiative for the student as well as for the institution. That can only happen so that it can supplement resources that are disbursed to the institution by the Government with the responsibility to ensure that the resources are properly utilized."
