Osotsi, many contributors to this Bill have commended the Standing Committee on Education. They have actually satisfied the provision of Standing Order No.148(1), which states- “Whenever a Bill is referred to a Standing Committee, the Chairperson of the Committee, the Vice-Chairperson or a Senator designated by the Committee to which the Bill is committed, shall present the Committee’s report to the Senate within thirty calendar days of such committal.” So, let us meet tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. It will be part of the discussion. Members of the Committee on Education have done well. At the Liaison Committee meeting tomorrow, we must discuss the other Bills where 30 days have lapsed. Proceed, Sen. Thang’wa."
