    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I believe we must thank Sen. Tabitha Mutinda for this Statement. This is because training of immigrants is very important. We have had many problems with Kenyans who travel to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East looking for opportunities. Some of them have died in mysterious circumstances, while others have been arrested and locked in. I am sure in this House we have had many Statements relating to the issue of immigrants who have gone to the Middle East. One of the reasons they get in trouble is that the training offered to them is inadequate. Sometimes, there is no training at all. They just process papers, put them on a flight and that is how they start working."
