    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defense, and Foreign Relations regarding the establishment of more police stations, police posts, and police patrol bases in Kirinyaga County. In the statement, the Committee should- (1) List the electoral wards, administrative locations, and administrative sub- locations without a police station or a police post, or even a police patrol base in Kirinyaga County; (2) State the stop-gap measures in place to ensure that security in the affected areas is enhanced and; (3) Explain what measures are in place to establish police stations, police posts, and patrol bases in those areas."
