"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, part of the mandate of this Committee is to propose where possible and where necessary sanctions to the House on any Minister or Assistant Minister who fails to implement the resolutions of this House. The Committee of Implementation was constituted on 17th June, 2009 and comprises the following members: Hon. Jamleck Kamau, MP as the Chairperson; hon. Dr. Joyce Laboso, MP, Vice Chair; hon.
