    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it was in accordance with the mandates given to this Committee by the Standing Orders that the matter regarding the closure of Pan African Paper Mills in Webuye and the subsequent assurance by the Assistant Minister for Industrialization on its re-opening was referred to the Committee on Implementation . First of all, I would like to thank the Members of my Committee for their commitment during this particular enquiry. I would also like to thank the offices of the Speaker and Clerk of the National Assembly for extending the necessary support to the Committee to enable it further it mandates, particular to undertake the enquiry referred to it by the House."
