    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, having said this, I must also commend the Minister and his Assistant Minister because when they appeared before us, they showed every sign and commitment to giving the people of Webuye, the shareholders of PAPM and the people of Kenya, the opportunity to salvage this important national asset. I dare say that if the Minister and his Assistant Minister received as much commitment from the officers within the Attorney-General’s office and particularly the Office of the Solicitor- General, this matter would have been resolved before today and this paper mill would have re-opened."
