I was saying that until such a time that you will go to a public health facility and get better services their than, say, Nairobi Hospital, Agha Khan Hospital, or M.P Shah Hospital, one cannot claim that we have any meaningful Independence in this country. Go to the United Kingdom today. The National Health Service (NHS) is the best health facility in that country financed and owned by the British Government. Every Briton, regardless of economic status, is able to get services as good as a Minister in the House of Commons."
