    "content": "I met part of the team from Makueni County this morning when they attended committee proceedings in the Committee of Delegated Legislation. They are really learning. I believe that when they go back to their county, they will be able to copy and implement what they have seen the practice here in Senate from the different departments. We look forward to more counties coming here to learn so that the Senate become a very good template for county assemblies. I look forward to interacting with them farther and make them learn more so that they can make the County Assembly of Makueni better."
