    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when we came into being, as a Committee, I personally promised Kenyans that this Committee will be impartial. We strive to be as such. We do not know parties. We know commitments made by Government. My good friend, Mr. Wamalwa, raised the issue of following up with Ministers, on their Statements, to establish whether they mean what they say and say what they mean. We will, definitely, continue doing so but we would want to believe that Ministers in this Government will at all times say what they mean and do what they promise to do. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are quite a number of issues that have come up from the discussions. I would like to thank my colleagues who have supported this Motion. Of importance is the fact that the factory needs to be re-opened at the earliest opportunity."
