Wambua to read the plain reading of the Standing Order they are quoting so that they understand the absurdity of the argument they are making. Madam Temporary Speaker, read Standing Order No. 223. It speaks that: ‘The report of a Select Committee having been adopted by a majority of the Senators shall be signed by the Chairperson on behalf of the Committee.’ The debate they are having is ‘adoption.’ That once the matter has been adopted-- --"
