    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to support this Motion on amendment to the Standing Orders. As provided for by the Constitution, the President did indicate that he wants to work with Parliament. The former President used to see Parliament as enemies, adversaries and nuisance. That is why he used to arrest a number of us. Madam Temporary Speaker, Article 153 states that a Cabinet Secretary shall attend before a Committee. People should read this Constitution.
