There is also the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCIO). If they want to accuse the police, there are agencies and entities that are in place. Madam Temporary Speaker, the sponsors, including the former President who are sponsoring the demonstrations are doing so because there is investigations into corruption and extra-judicial killings, where innocent sons in Kilifi and Mombasa were being killed and thrown into River Yala or thrown in the Tsavo National Park."
