They are on a visit to benchmark with their counterpart committee in the National Assembly on the best practices to enhance the plight of children born or brought up in prison or correctional facilities. On my behalf and on behalf of the National Assembly, I welcome them to Parliament and wish them fruitful engagements during their stay in the country. Is Hon. Ndindi in now?
