"content": "I am a strong supporter of the National Assembly and its committees. As a result of that, I am under obligation to support this Bill because we, as Parliament, have done it. I am also very concerned when I see outsiders who want to control what we do in the House and within the precincts of Parliament. People outside this House should respect the leaders who are here. Azimio la Umoja - One Kenya Coalition and Kenya Kwanza Coalition have their leaders in the House. We do not want to see secretary-generals and other party officials coming here to lead us to give statements on our behalf. We can speak for ourselves. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
