    "content": " Hon. Members, I want us to treat this institution for exactly what it is. It is an august House. Each and every one of you, as many as possible, will have an opportunity to weigh in on this Adjournment Motion. Please, I am begging you as Members of Parliament because this institution belongs to us all, the country and 50 million Kenyans are looking unto us to keep our dignity. When you rise on a point of order, you wait for the Chair to give notice and give you the opportunity. When you do not like what somebody has said, do not shout across the aisle. Just rise on a point of order. If we denigrate and destroy the dignity of this House, we are destroying our own dignities because we are the ones who constitute the House.
