"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. The country by the name Republic of Kenya is a creature of the law. The Parliament of the Republic of Kenya is a creature of the law. The Standing Orders that we follow in this House are part of our laws. The Constitution of the Republic of Kenya directs any question as to the validity of the election of the President to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kenya. Any questions as to the validity of the election of any Member of Parliament have been addressed, or are being addressed at the High Court. The demands by the opposition to open the servers should have been made at the Supreme Court. They made those demands and they were proved wrong. The demands about the IEBC are ultra vires the law."
