"content": " So long as we have a country in which half of the population has nothing to lose, we are in trouble. I want to urge Members of this House to be sober when addressing this matter. They are representatives of the people. I want my voice to go on record as saying I recommend dialogue for two parties. There is no other way but dialogue. Dialogue. The people who are advising the President should take this advice to him. Please, tell the President to sit down with Raila Amollo Odinga.
