    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. On behalf of the delegation of Nairobi City County; Sen. Sifuna, Sen. Tabitha Mutinda and Sen. Nyamu, allow me to join you in welcoming the students of Lenana School to the Senate of Kenya. As you know, in Kenya we have a bicameral Parliament where we have the Senate, where we are, and the other House is the National Assembly. Basically, we protect devolution. I encourage you to work hard so that one time, you find a way to the Senate of Kenya. Here, we make laws that govern our country."
