That is the starting what upon which Sen. Oketch Gicheru was challenged. So far, Sen. Oketch Gicheru has spent close to 10 minutes explaining absolutely nothing. If you read the provisions of Standing Order No.105, there is no requirement upon the Senator to give an explanation of anything. All Sen.
