    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, although the Minister has tried to answer this Question, I am not fully convinced that her Ministry is not in charge or does not collaborate with NGOs which are constructing houses for the IDPs in the Rift Valley Province, particularly in my constituency. As I speak, there are over 10,000 IDPs waiting to be resettled. I would like the Minister to clarify the role of her Ministry and the NGOS in resettling these IDPs.
