    "content": "The manifesto of Kenya Kwanza had promised people something that is unconstitutional. It is upon us to ensure that the Constitution prevails. We chose a Presidential system, where we elect two centers of power. We elect the House and the Constitution. People directly elect two centers of power. In a Parliamentary system, the people elect one center of power called Parliament. Parliament then elects the executive – who are the CSs – coming from the House. They are Members of the House and can also appear in the House. We do not have that kind of structure. It is my submission that we cannot introduce a mixture of the Parliamentary and Presidential system through the backdoor. We borrowed the Presidential system from the American system. The only other Presidential system is in Nigeria. Only three countries have pure Presidential system; Kenya, Nigeria and the United States of America (USA). I am yet to see where CSs appear in the House."
