I am saying this because Mr. Muchiri is a civil servant or the land adjudication officer who also served me in my district and he is also a beneficiary of Kshs500,000 from my CDF Committee. He was given that money to facilitate adjudication in my constituency. To date, he has not been able to really account for this money."
