    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand to support this Statement by Sen. Osotsi. The Senate exists to support county governments. County public servants are human beings. They are fathers, mothers and people with aspirations like anyone of us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if our salaries came late even by a day, that will really hurt us. As a Senate, our voice is not strong enough around advocating for the rights of the public servants in the county governments. I call upon the Members of the Senate to do what it takes for the national Government and the relevant institutions to see the point that salaries and wages are basic human rights. They cannot be delayed. I support."
