    "content": "In the Public Gallery, we have 64 students accompanied by seven teachers from the Lorna Laboso Memorial Girls Secondary School in Bomet County, who are in the Senate on an education tour. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and my own behalf, wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow Sen. Wakili Sigei to make brief welcoming remarks."
