    "content": "On 20th March of this year, we saw protestors in this country facing the danger and the threat of arrest that sometimes led to police killing some of the protestors. To be factual, on 20th March, one man in Kisumu was killed. This has been documented by Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) in carrying out their function under their own Act, the IPOA Act, Section 6."
