    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs regarding progress on the Constitutional Review process. Today the Committee of Experts released the Draft Constitution. Emanating from this development, as Parliament, we would like the Minister to clarify the following:- (i)provide the time-table showing the stage at which we are right now, in terms of the review process towards the release of a new Constitution, and confirmation as to when we should expect the new Constitution to be in place, specifying the months, all factors remaining constant;"
