    "content": " Thank you. It is important we continue to gather information on this Motion so that we involve everybody and do a lot of public participation. That is so that we say what Kenyans have said as we come to this Chamber. One of the fundamental principles of this Constitution is that public participation is core in everything that we do. Therefore, I support this and urge other Members to support so that we give it more time before we come back to the debate.
