The matter that was raised yesterday was on Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States Report (OACPS) which is different from the matter that is being discussed now. Additionally, that matter is still under consideration. The substantive Speaker will be able to rule on that matter. I, therefore, desist from making any ruling."
