    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Before I contribute to the Motion, I want to send my condolences to many of my families in Dagoretti North Constituency. Some of their kids were swept away by floods this morning. When I look at what we are debating, I am wondering whether we are looking at that disaster caused by these rains. We have a Government that does not have the machinery to save children from flooding rivers. It has been very sad today."
