    "content": "As I finalise, we were supposed to have a debate on NG-CDF in this House. The Government gave us Ksh14 billion and the balance is Ksh33 billion. We need the resources. We only have 11 weeks to the end of financial year after recess. The Government will not be able to disburse that money. The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) got only Ksh1 billion and we need it increased to Ksh2 billion."
