The Ministry of Agriculture also has been allocated over 70 per cent of the Vote on Account and yet, some Ministries have not been given even 20 per cent. So, there is a bit of indiscipline. What is happening in Treasury? Why is there discrepancy? Why is the Treasury allowing some Ministries to draw even 100 per cent on the Vote on Account when others are getting very little? Why is there this discrepancy? This House is not happy with the way the Budget is being managed."
