    "content": "One of the other items that would need to be clarified in the proposed amendments, is that the Bill might tend to replicate functions of KNHCR as set out in Section 8 of KNCHR. It, therefore, needs to bring into fore so that those functions do not collide with the current Bill, so that we do not have a situation where the institutions set by the Bill come into conflict with the KNHCR."
