    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Education regarding the failure by the Ministry of Education to release the capitation funds to special schools since January 2023. In the Statement, the Committee should - (1) Outline the reasons for the failure by the Ministry to ensure transfer of capitation to special schools leading to a financial crisis that could cripple learning in these schools across the country."
