    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, the issue of reproductive healthcare is emotive. Most of us are Christians and Muslims. Religious persons do not want to have the conversation on whether we should train students on reproductive healthcare in schools. The MP for Homa Bay Town, Hon. Kaluma, is proposing a Bill to ban teaching biology and reproductive healthcare. I have seen an abridged version on the issue of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA). When we talk about reproductive healthcare, should we include men who marry men or women who marry men as part of reproductive healthcare?"
