I want to encourage the Members of JLAC from Kakamega County regarding certain committees. Just as here, the Committees of JLAC, Budget and Finance, Public Accounts and Investments, any government that does not have those strong committees cannot succeed. Therefore, as we carry the shame on the rating of performance of county assemblies in Kenya, Kakamega County Assembly is number 46 out of 47. I hope that now that this Committee is there, we will move from number 46 to 1. I welcome them all."
