    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, I am very delighted to support this Bill brought by Sen. Mungatana, MGH. Human dignity is one of the very important essentials in our Constitution. That particular issue of preservation of human dignity and enforcement of economic and social rights Bill under the Constitution, a lot of legislation has to be enacted to effect some of those provisions of several things given in the Bill of Rights. One of it, is to treat human beings with dignity. Part of the socio-economic bit of it is to make sure that people have provision of water, health, and those essential things in all those articles of the Constitution there is"
