    "content": "I support this Bill. I encourage the House to ensure that it is passed within the best time possible in order to achieve the objectives that Sen. Mungatana, MGH, had. I will not pick on the specific provisions, but as the membership of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights have submitted before the House, generally, the Bill provides a framework for monitoring, enforcing and implementing the economic, social and cultural rights, which are provided for under the Constitution of Kenya."
