On behalf of the people of Saku, on my own behalf and that of the Pastoralists Parliamentary Group, many of whom attended the funeral on that sad day, I convey our condolences to the family and the great people of Banissa. Indeed, the passing on of Hon. Kulow was very sad because I was with him on the day before the accident. I thank the House leadership for the way they reacted as soon as Kulow was involved in that terrible accident. They acted quickly, but whatever happened was beyond them. They would have flown him out of the country if necessary. In Islam, we say that when the day comes for you to meet your Maker, that is it. We ask the Almighty God to rest his soul in eternal peace."
