    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to mourn with my colleagues. On behalf of my family and the people that I represent, I would like to send my condolences to the family of Hon. Kulow and to the people of Banissa. I was in the last Parliament with Hon. Kulow and I used to spend a lot of time with him at the restaurant. He was very humble and quiet. He was not outspoken. He used to talk to many people. He was my friend. There is something we need to learn as leaders when one of us passes on in this manner. Many of us behave as if this world is ours. Sometimes we speak as if we will never die. I urge my colleagues that, if there is any lesson that we can learn from the untimely demise of our colleague, it is the principle of being humble, especially as leaders. Let us recognise that this world is not ours. We are here and we are just passing through. We need to do our best to bring peace and harmony to our country. May the soul of our brother rest in peace."
