    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also rise to condole with the family of our departed colleague, Hon. Kulow of Banissa. Just as the Leader of the Majority Party has said, we need to deal with the design and construction of our roads, the rules and regulations that are applied on our roads. This menace of motorbike riders is becoming a real challenge. Even crossing from this Chamber to the offices across the road is risky. Most of the time, we are almost hit by bodaboda riders. We need to deal with this issue once and for all so that it becomes a thing of the past. I propose that we go digital as a country. It is very unfortunate that every time we have an accident, there is absolutely no one who witnesses it and says what happened. If we go digital, we will have cameras all over that can show us who did it and how it happened. Otherwise, may his soul rest in eternal peace."
