As for Kandara Constituency, it is because we have a new Member who came in and did not give the names within the timelines we had before. We, therefore, would like to ask the House to approve these names so that they can access the funds which are currently available at the level of Ksh57 million per constituency. We want to appreciate that despite the fact that our salaries were delayed, it did not matter. The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) gave you Ksh12 million more towards bursaries and development projects within your constituencies. The Authority to Incur Expenditure (AIEs) have also been sent to the various constituencies today and you will access those monies as from tomorrow. I beg to move and ask Hon. Tandaza to second."
