    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Development is not an accident neither is industrialization. The Minister has told us where they have decided to put up these mini tanneries, but hides and skins are found all over the country. In fact, in my constituency, there is a place with that same specific name called Kamasero because of the abundance of hides and skins. Could he tell us whether there is a master plan on how to harness the leather products in this country rather than in those few specific areas he has mentioned?"
